Grounded in strengths-based coaching, emotional intelligence, and values-aligned leadership, this session creates space for participants to:
• Name their strengths with clarity and confidence
• Recognize patterns of over-compensation or self-doubt
• Identify practical actions that align who they are with how they lead
By the end of the workshop, participants will:

Kelly has her Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, a Graduate Certificate from Royal Roads University in Advanced Coaching Practices and is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She is a Canadian partner of Core Strengths and is an Emotional Intelligence 2.0 certified facilitator. Kelly is honoured to be a facilitator + mentor with Canada Coach Academy.
Kelly is a strengths and solutions-based life design coach and facilitator. She designs experiences for individuals and teams that inspire, create and explore with outcomes of empowerment, awareness, awakenings and forward movement. Her corporate clients have included the National Arts Centre, Ghost River Theatre, College of Registered Nurses of Alberta, Campus Alberta Neuroscience, as well as Whitehorse's Heart of Riverdale Community Centre. She has worked as faculty for Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity's Leadership Institute
